Bij ons draait het om teamwork, persoonlijke aandacht en moderne tandheelkunde. Als receptionist(e) ben jij de eerste indruk van onze praktijk. Wat maakt werken bij Dentalways zo leuk • Afwisseling: Van patiëntcontact en telefonie tot administratie - geen dag is hetzelfde. • Verantwoordelijkheid: Jij houdt het overzicht aan de balie en zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt. • Teamspirit: Je werkt samen met enthousiaste collega's in een betrokken en gezellig team van 10 receptionistes. Wat jij gaat doen • Patiënten gastvrij ontvangen , telefonisch en aan de balie. • Afspraken plannen , vragen beantwoorden en administratie bijhouden. • Patiëntengegevens, recepten en correspondentie accuraat verwerken , • Tandheelkundige vragen en pijnklachten beoordelen op spoedeisendheid • Klachten afhandelen en de juiste collega's inschakelen • Samenwerken met collega's van de receptie, tandartsen en assistenten. Wie jij bent • Je bent representatief, vrolijk en communicatief sterk. • Je blijft rustig en vriendelijk , ook als het druk is. • Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid . • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands (Engels is een pré). • En natuurlijk: je vindt tandheelkunde een boeiende wereld.
