Jobomschrijving

Preventie Coördinator - Veiligheid & Kwaliteit Bouwsector

  • Uitvoeren van veiligheidsrondes, werfbezoeken en interne audits op diverse bouwprojecten.
  • Organiseren en geven van toolboxmeetings en veiligheidsopleidingen.
  • Opstellen en beoordelen van risicoanalyses, veiligheidsdocumentatie en werkvergunningen.
  • Adviseren van project- en werfteams over veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieuaspecten.
  • Ondersteunen van tenders en projecten met deskundig veiligheidsadvies.
  • Onderzoeken van incidenten en uitwerken van preventieve maatregelen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan het verbeteren en verder ontwikkelen van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsprocessen.
  • Bewaken van de naleving van relevante normen, certificeringen en procedures.

Preventie Coördinator - Veiligheid & Kwaliteit Bouwsector

  • In het bezit van een attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 of Niveau 2.
  • Eerste ervaring binnen een veiligheidsfunctie in de bouw-, industriële of technische sector.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen mensen te overtuigen en te enthousiasmeren.
  • Praktische ingesteldheid en een hands-on aanpak op de werf.
  • Leergierig, ambitieus en klaar om verder te groeien binnen QHSE.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands met een goede kennis van Engels; kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Zelfstandig, georganiseerd en sterk in het opbouwen van vertrouwen bij operationele teams.
