Wil jij veiligheid en welzijn tastbaar maken op de werkvloer? In deze rol sta je dicht bij de productie, begeleid je collega’s op een praktische manier en help je mee aan een werkomgeving waar iedereen bewust en veilig aan de slag gaat.

In regio Ieper kom je terecht bij een internationale speler binnen de voedingsindustrie. Binnen deze productieomgeving worden dagelijks diverse producten verwerkt, waarbij kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid centraal staan. Je werkt in een omgeving waar gezond verstand, betrokkenheid en een praktische aanpak het verschil maken.

Als Preventieadviseur ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor veiligheid, gezondheid en welzijn op het werk. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, geeft deskundig advies en zorgt ervoor dat preventie niet alleen in procedures staat, maar ook echt leeft bij medewerkers en leidinggevenden

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en adviseert collega’s rond veiligheid, gezondheid, welzijn, ergonomie, hygiëne en het gebruik van PBM’s
  • Vanuit jouw expertise werk je mee aan risicoanalyses, veiligheidsinstructies, werkprocedures, noodplannen en preventieve maatregelen
  • Samen met productie en leidinggevenden onderzoek je incidenten, volg je actiepunten op en stimuleer je verbeteringen op vlak van veiligheid en welzijn
  • Je ondersteunt de uitvoering van het Globaal Preventieplan en Jaaractieplan en helpt veiligheidsprojecten concreet uit te rollen
  • Daarnaast begeleid je audits, onthaalmomenten en sensibiliseringsacties, zodat veiligheid top of mind blijft bij alle medewerkers
  • Je bezit een relevant bachelor- of masterdiploma, aangevuld met een certificaat Preventieadviseur niveau 2 of de bereidheid om dit te behalen
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen preventie, safety & health of een productieomgeving is een plus, net als kennis van de Codex Welzijn op het Werk
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands, Frans en Engels, gecombineerd met een analytische, resultaatgerichte en coachende aanpak
