Wil jij ervoor zorgen dat iedereen veilig en gezond naar huis gaat na een werkdag? Voor een gespecialiseerd bouwbedrijf actief in platte en hellende daken, zowel nieuwbouw als renovatie, zijn we op zoek naar een Preventieadviseur Niveau 2. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verder uitbouwen en opvolgen van het preventie- en veiligheidsbeleid. Je voert risicoanalyses uit, organiseert werkplekinspecties en adviseert medewerkers en leidinggevenden over veilig werken. Je volgt incidenten en arbeidsongevallen op en werkt mee aan verbetermaatregelen en sensibiliseringsacties.

Jouw taken:

  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en veiligheidsrondgangen op werven en binnen de organisatie.
  • Opvolgen van veiligheidsvoorschriften, PBM’s, opleidingen, toolboxmeetings en wettelijke verplichtingen.
  • Adviseren van werfleiders en medewerkers en meewerken aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur.
  • Je beschikt over een attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 2.
  • Ervaring in de bouwsector, bij voorkeur binnen dakwerken, is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent communicatief, zelfstandig en hebt een praktische aanpak.
  • Je hebt een scherp oog voor risico’s en durft medewerkers op een correcte manier aan te spreken.
  • Je bent bereid om regelmatig verschillende werven te bezoeken.
  • Kennis van de Belgische welzijnswetgeving en veiligheidsvoorschriften is belangrijk.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
