ZAS, De drijvende kracht voor gezondheidszorg in beweging. Drijf je mee?

De interne preventiedienst van ZAS bestaat uit een team van 9 preventieadviseurs. Elk teamlid is verantwoordelijk voor één of meerdere campussen en heeft een specifieke expertise, zoals brandveiligheid, agressie, chemische agentia of ergonomie. Om ons team te versterken, zoeken we een preventieadviseur met minstens een niveau II attest. Ervaring met bouw- en verbouwprojecten, of kennis van meer technische aspecten zoals arbeidsmiddelen of chemische agentia is een troef.

OVER DE JOB

  • Risicoanalyses uitvoeren - Je identificeert en beoordeelt risico’s en stelt verbetermaatregelen voor om een veilige werkomgeving te waarborgen.
  • Preventieadvies geven - Je verstrekt deskundig advies over arbeidsveiligheid, en welzijn op het werk volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Je ondersteunt en begeleidt de hiërarchische lijn en de medewerkers in praktische en wettelijke kwesties met betrekking tot welzijn en veiligheid. Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers van een welbepaalde campus.
  • Uitbouw van een veiligheids- en welzijnscultuur – Je bevordert een cultuur van veiligheid en welzijn door ondermeer sensibilisatie- en opleidingssessies.
  • Overleg en samenwerking - Je neemt deel aan CPBW-vergaderingen, werkgroepen en multidisciplinair overleg over preventie en arbeidsveiligheid.
  • Verslaggeving, Rapportering en trendanalyse - Je stelt verslagen, rapporten en statistieken op en gebruikt data om preventieve acties te optimaliseren.
  • Plannen en organiseren – Je draagt bij aan de totstandkoming en opvolging van het globaal preventieplan en het jaarlijks actieplan.
  • Beleidsvorming en strategisch denken - Je begeleidt en implementeert preventieprojecten over thema’s zoals agressie en gevaarlijke stoffen.

OVER JOU

  • Relevante opleiding - Je hebt een bachelor diploma in een relevante richting.
  • Attest preventieadviseur - Je bezit minimaal een attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 2.
  • Flexibele mobiliteit - Je kan je vlot verplaatsen tussen de verschillende ZAS-locaties.
  • Ervaring in preventie en veiligheid - Je hebt ervaring met het geven van opleidingen en het ontwikkelen van sensibiliseringscampagnes.
  • Kennis van wetgeving - Ervaring met ziekenhuiswetgeving, bouw- en verbouwprojecten, arbeidsmiddelen of chemische agentia is een pluspunt.
  • Sterke communicatievaardigheden - Je bent overtuigend, pragmatisch en kunt preventiemaatregelen helder uitleggen en implementeren.
  • Naast teamplayer heb je een zelfstandige werkstijl en een proactieve houding.
