The posting

Voor een dynamisch en internationaal bedrijf in de regio Antwerpse haven zijn we op zoek naar een HSEQ Officer (Preventieadviseur niveau III) of HSEQ Advisor (Preventieadviseur niveau II).

Jouw functie

Als HSEQ Officer/Advisor speel je een belangrijke rol in het waarborgen en verder verbeteren van veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu binnen de organisatie.

Een greep uit je takenpakket:

  • Jij inspireert en adviseert operationele en projectteams om veilige werkmethoden te hanteren.
  • Het uitvoeren van risicoanalyses (RA) en het ontwikkelen van sterke preventie- en veiligheidsstrategieën behoren tot je specialismen.
  • Je hebt uitgebreide kennis van de Belgische regelgeving en normen op het gebied van gezondheid, veiligheid en milieu.
  • Je voert grondige onderzoeken uit en implementeert zowel preventieve als corrigerende maatregelen.
  • Je ontwikkelt en geeft trainingen om het veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief om veiligheidsprocedures en -beleid continu te verbeteren.

Belangrijk: we zoeken specifiek een Officer niveau III of Advisor niveau II. Dit is geen managementfunctie en kandidaten met niveau I of een managementprofiel worden niet gezocht.

De functie is volledig on field: je bent aanwezig op de werkvloer en werkt nauw samen met operationele en projectteams. Thuiswerk is niet mogelijk.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma Preventieadviseur niveau II of III.
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in veiligheidsmanagement, bij voorkeur als HSE-adviseur of preventieadviseur binnen een industriële of bouwsector.
  • Je bent flexibel en beschikt over een proactieve, hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je bent bereid je te verplaatsen binnen de regio Antwerpse haven.
  • Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk in Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met een coachende en motiverende stijl, gericht op samenwerking en het behalen van resultaten.
