Onze partner opereert binnen een industriële en logistieke context met meerdere sites verspreid over Vlaanderen, waar verschillende teams en activiteiten samenkomen. Die complexiteit vraagt om een gestructureerde, maar tegelijk pragmatische aanpak van preventie en veiligheid.

Als Preventieadviseur niveau 2 neem je een sleutelpositie in naast de Niveau 1 preventieadviseur. Je vertaalt beleid naar concrete realiteit op de werkvloer, bewaakt de consistentie tussen sites en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid ingebed raakt in de dagelijkse werking.

HSEQ Officer (Preventieadviseur Niveau 2) - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je voert grondige risicoanalyses uit op verschillende sites en vertaalt deze naar haalbare, praktijkgerichte maatregelen die effectief geïmplementeerd worden op de werkvloer.
  • Je bouwt actief mee aan het preventiebeleid, inclusief het opstellen, uitvoeren en opvolgen van het globaal preventieplan en het jaarlijkse actieplan.
  • Je stimuleert zichtbaar veiligheidsgedrag via rondgangen, opleidingen en directe interventies, en spreekt medewerkers doortastend aan op onveilige situaties.

HSEQ Officer (Preventieadviseur Niveau 2) - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over het verplichte Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 certificaat en hebt relevante ervaring binnen een industriële of logistieke omgeving.
  • Je combineert assertiviteit en maturiteit, waardoor je geloofwaardig optreedt en impact hebt op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en gestructureerd, met een sterke focus op praktische oplossingen en continue verbetering.
