In deze rol als preventieadviseur neem jij het voortouw bij het uitbouwen en bewaken van het integrale veiligheidsbeleid op de verschillende werven en locaties.

  • Je voert regelmatig werfbezoeken uit waarbij je de veiligheidsvoorschriften controleert en proactief bijstuurt waar nodig om incidenten te voorkomen.
  • Het opstellen en actualiseren van risicoanalyses en het globaal preventieplan behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid, zodat we altijd voldoen aan de strengste normen.
  • Je adviseert de directie en het management over nieuwe wetgeving en technologische ontwikkelingen die de arbeidsveiligheid binnen de groep kunnen verhogen.
  • Bij ongevallen of gevaarlijke situaties voer je een grondige analyse uit en formuleer je concrete verbeterpunten om herhaling in de toekomst uit te sluiten.
  • Je bent de trekker van het veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie en organiseert hiervoor de nodige toolboxmeetings en opleidingen voor de medewerkers.
  • Als spilfiguur onderhoud je de contacten met externe preventiediensten en overheidsinstanties, waarbij je steeds streeft naar een constructieve samenwerking.

Profiel

Voor deze positie als preventieadviseur zoeken we een communicatieve expert die wetgeving vlot kan vertalen naar de praktijk op de bouwplaats.

  • Je beschikt over het getuigschrift Preventieadviseur Niveau 2, aangevuld met een gezonde dosis praktijkervaring binnen de bouwsector.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een diplomatisch maar kordaat persoon die mensen weet te overtuigen van het belang van een veilige werkomgeving.
  • Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en bent in staat om complexe situaties snel te analyseren en om te zetten in werkbare oplossingen.
  • Ervaring met het beheren van ISO- of VCA-systemen is een belangrijke troef om de kwaliteitsstandaarden binnen de groep te borgen.
