Veiligheid begint bij mensen. Ben jij gepassioneerd door welzijn en preventie op de werkvloer? Wil je een zichtbare impact maken binnen een dynamische productieomgeving? Dan ben jij misschien de preventieadviseur die wij zoeken.

Als Preventieadviseur speel je een centrale rol in het creëren en behouden van een veilige werkomgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met de Health & Safety Manager en ondersteunt actief de verdere uitbouw van een sterke veiligheidscultuur binnen de organisatie.

Dankzij jouw aanwezigheid op de werkvloer ben je een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en draag je bij aan een omgeving waarin veiligheid en welzijn vanzelfsprekend zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het preventie- en veiligheidsbeleid.
  • Meewerken aan risicoanalyses en veiligheidsinspecties.
  • Voorstellen formuleren om risico's te beperken en arbeidsomstandigheden verder te verbeteren.
  • Organiseren en geven van veiligheidstrainingen en sensibiliseringsacties.
  • Adviseren van medewerkers en leidinggevenden over veiligheid en preventie.
  • Opvolgen van wettelijke verplichtingen en bijdragen aan de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Actief aanwezig zijn op de werkvloer en veiligheidsbewustzijn stimuleren.
  • Je beschikt over een attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 of Niveau 3.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in veiligheid, gezondheid en welzijn op het werk.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en neemt initiatief.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet mensen op een positieve manier mee te nemen in veiligheidsinitiatieven.
  • Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en bouwt vlot relaties op met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van de relevante veiligheidswetgeving en preventienormen.
