De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Veiligheids- en Logistiek Coördinator:

  • Instaan voor de opvolging en implementatie van het veiligheidsbeleid binnen de organisatie
  • Inplannen en opvolgen van opleidingen en medische keuringen
  • Uitvoeren van werkplekinspecties op werven en opvolgen van veiligheidsmaatregelen
  • Beheren van VCA-vereisten en ondersteunen bij audits
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van veiligheids- en gezondheidsplannen
  • Organiseren van toolboxmeetings en veiligheidsmomenten
  • Onderzoeken en rapporteren van incidenten of risicovolle situaties
  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en adviseren van het management rond veiligheid
  • Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen bij leveranciers
  • Controleren van levernota’s en aankoopfacturen in het ERP-systeem
  • Beheren van voorraad en uitvoeren van stocktellingen
  • Opvolgen van het machinepark en gereedschappen
  • Ondersteunen van de logistieke coördinatie tussen magazijn en werven

  • Diploma Preventieadviseur (minimum niveau 3)
  • Ervaring binnen een technische of bouwomgeving
  • Administratief sterk met een praktische ingesteldheid
  • Communicatief vaardig en positief ingesteld
  • Sterk in organisatie en opvolging van processen
  • Rijbewijs B voor verplaatsingen naar werven
  • VCA-VOL certificaat of bereidheid om dit te behalen
