Introductie

Voor een stabiele en financieel gezonde organisatie binnen de bouwsector zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Preventieadviseur die veiligheid en welzijn op verschillende werven verder helpt versterken.

Je krijgt een zelfstandige functie waarbij je regelmatig aanwezig bent op projecten in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen. Je combineert advies en wetgeving met een sterke aanwezigheid op het terrein en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid ook in de praktijk wordt gedragen.

Je komt terecht in een organisatie met korte communicatielijnen, een menselijke bedrijfscultuur en veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je waakt over de correcte toepassing van de wetgeving rond veiligheid, gezondheid en welzijn en vertaalt deze naar praktische maatregelen op de werkvloer.
  • Je bezoekt regelmatig verschillende werven in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen, voert veiligheidsrondgangen uit en bespreekt aandachtspunten met de betrokken medewerkers.
  • Je voert risicoanalyses en inspecties uit, detecteert mogelijke gevaren en zorgt ervoor dat verbetermaatregelen effectief worden opgevolgd.
  • Je ondersteunt project- en werfteams met praktisch veiligheidsadvies en zoekt naar oplossingen die zowel veilig als werkbaar zijn.
  • Je bereidt toolboxmeetings, veiligheidsinstructies en sensibiliseringsacties voor en helpt zo een sterke veiligheidscultuur verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het management over risico's, verbeterpunten en lopende acties.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne collega's, projectteams en externe partners en schakelt waar nodig gespecialiseerde ondersteuning in rond veiligheids- of milieuthema's.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding en hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een bouw- of werfomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over het attest Preventieadviseur Niveau I of Niveau II.
  • Je voelt je thuis op een werf en combineert kennis van regelgeving met een pragmatische en hands-on aanpak.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet medewerkers, leidinggevenden en externe partners op een constructieve manier mee te krijgen in het veiligheidsverhaal.
  • Je durft mensen aan te spreken wanneer dat nodig is, zonder daarbij de samenwerking uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en doelgericht en weet verschillende projecten en prioriteiten goed te organiseren.
  • Je bent bereid je regelmatig te verplaatsen tussen verschillende projecten in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.
