The posting

Als preventieadviseur niveau 1 ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en verder uitbouwen van een veilige werkomgeving op onze verschillende werven.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Het ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van tools, procedures en werkmethodes om de algemene veiligheid op de werven te verhogen, in nauwe samenwerking met directie, project- en werfleiding en de logistieke afdeling
  • Het uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en het opstellen van preventieplannen
  • Het adviseren van het management rond veiligheidsvraagstukken en verbeteracties
  • Het organiseren en geven van opleidingen en toolboxmeetings voor medewerkers
  • Het uitvoeren van interne audits en werfinspecties om de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften te garanderen
  • Het opmaken van rapporten, incidentanalyses en gedetailleerde verslagen
  • Het opvolgen van evoluties in wet- en regelgeving rond veiligheid en gezondheid en het vertalen hiervan naar de organisatie

Je beschikt over een diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau 1.

Je kan terugblikken op meer dan 7 jaar relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen de bouwsector.

Je hebt ervaring met het opzetten, opvolgen en auditen van managementsystemen zoals ISO 45001.

Je bent sterk in data-analyse en hanteert een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.

Je bent in staat om helder en aangepast te rapporteren en te overleggen met het directieniveau.

Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van de geldende veiligheids- en gezondheidswetgeving en weet deze correct toe te passen in de praktijk.

Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid in je beslissingen.

Je bent communicatief sterk en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie.

Je werkt proactief, denkt mee in verbeteringen en implementeert deze op een pragmatische manier.

Je bent resultaatgericht, nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.

Je bent vertrouwd met relevante software en tools binnen veiligheid en preventie.
