Als preventieadviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en opvolgen van het preventie-, veiligheids- en milieubeleid binnen onze organisatie.

Je speelt een sleutelrol in het creëren van een veilige, gezonde en duurzame omgeving voor onze medewerkers. Dankzij jouw expertise en betrokkenheid maak je elke dag mee het verschil.

Wat zijn je taken?

  • Je ontwikkelt en vertaalt het preventiebeleid naar concrete acties via het Globaal Preventieplan en het Jaaractieplan.
  • Je detecteert risico’s, onderzoekt arbeidsongevallen en zet verbeteracties op.
  • Je waakt over de veiligheid en het welzijn binnen onze organisatie en coördineert onder meer brandveiligheid en evacuatieoefeningen.
  • Je geeft mee vorm aan het milieubeleid en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging hiervan.
  • Je bent een zichtbare en toegankelijke partner voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden: je adviseert, sensibiliseert en inspireert hen om veiligheid, welzijn en kwaliteit mee uit te dragen in hun dagelijkse werking.
  • Je beschikt minimaal over een bachelor diploma.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een certificaat preventieadviseur niveau III of meer.
  • Je hebt ervaring of een sterke interesse in veiligheid en welzijn. Je voelt je verbonden met de sector welzijn.
  • Je neemt initiatief en kan prioriteiten bepalen.
  • Je hebt een grote dosis enthousiasme en positiviteit.
  • Je analyseert situaties grondig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je hebt een verbindende communicatiestijl en kan anderen warm maken voor nieuwe zaken.
  • Vanuit een respectvolle houding, behandel je iedereen gelijk en maak je geen onderscheid.
  • Je beschikt over een blanco uittreksel uit het strafregister, model 2.
