In deze functie combineer je preventie (niveau 3) met administratie te Roeselare. Je zorgt ervoor dat documenten, attesten, opleidingen en acties correct worden opgevolgd en ondersteunt de verantwoordelijken van verschillende vestigingen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ondersteunt het preventiebeleid binnen de verschillende vestigingen.
  • Je volgt preventiedocumentatie, attesten en wettelijke verplichtingen administratief op.
  • Je bewaakt de planning van keuringen, controles en veiligheidsacties.
  • Je volgt documenten op bij de verschillende verantwoordelijken en spoort hen indien nodig aan om deze tijdig aan te leveren.
  • Je ondersteunt bij veiligheidsopleidingen zoals EHBO, brandveiligheid en ergonomie.
  • Je werkt samen met de externe preventiedienst en gaat mee op bedrijfsbezoeken.
  • Je houdt preventiedossiers overzichtelijk en actueel.
  • Je helpt de verantwoordelijken bij vragen rond preventie en veiligheid.
  • Je denkt mee over mogelijke verbeteringen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat afspraken niet alleen gemaakt, maar ook opgevolgd worden.
  • Je combineert jouw preventiekennis met een sterke administratieve opvolging.

Voor de functie van Preventieadviseur niveau 3 te Roeselare vink jij het onderstaande af:

  • Je beschikt over een certificaat Preventieadviseur niveau 3.
  • Een relevante Bacheloropleiding is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in preventie, veiligheid en administratie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent voldoende assertief om verantwoordelijken aan te spreken wanneer iets ontbreekt of niet tijdig gebeurt.
