Katholiek Onderwijs Ronse vzw (KOR) zoekt een gedreven preventieadviseur die mee vorm geeft aan een veilig, gezond en kwaliteitsvol werk- en leerklimaat voor medewerkers, kinderen en jongeren. Je ondersteunt en adviseert de organisatie bij de verdere ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het welzijnsbeleid op het werk. Je helpt risico's systematisch te identificeren, te beoordelen en te beheersen, en werkt mee aan het planmatig uitwerken, uitvoeren en opvolgen van preventiemaatregelen. De functie combineert beleidsmatig en administratief werk met een actieve aanwezigheid op de verschillende campussen van KOR.

Je ondersteunt de organisatie bij de uitbouw en werking van het dynamisch risicobeheersingssysteem en werkt nauw samen met het schoolbestuur, de directies, de hiërarchische lijn, de werknemers, het CPBW, de collega's binnen de GIDPBW en externe deskundigen (EDPBW & EDTC).

Je belangrijkste taken en opdrachten omvatten:

Verlenen van bijstand bij het opstellen en bijsturen van het Globaal Preventieplan (GPP) en het Jaaractieplan (JAP).

Opstellen en begeleiden van risicoanalyses en gevarenidentificatie op de werkplekken.

Formuleren van advies over passende preventiemaatregelen volgens de preventiehiërarchie en de werkgever ondersteunen bij het opvolgen van (wettelijke) keuringen en veiligheidscontroles.

Verlenen van deskundig advies over de toepassing van de Welzijnswet, de Codex over het Welzijn op het Werk, het AREI en aanverwante regelgeving. Adviseren bij de aankoop en inrichting van arbeidsmiddelen, persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen, gevaarlijke producten en werkposten.

Uitvoeren van systematische werkplaatsbezoeken en -inspecties. Onderzoeken van arbeidsongevallen en incidenten ter preventie van herhaling.

Meewerken aan noodprocedures, evacuatieplannen, brandpreventie en EHBO-organisatie.

Ondersteuning bieden bij het opstellen van (veiligheids-)instructiekaarten. Inhoudelijk en administratief ondersteunen van het CPBW en het bewaken van de opvolging van adviezen en actiepunten.

Je beschikt minstens over een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs, een bacheloropleiding is een meerwaarde. Je beschikt minimaal over het getuigschrift Preventieadviseur Niveau III. Een getuigschrift Preventieadviseur Niveau II is een vereiste voor de functie en bijgevolg een meerwaarde. Bereidheid dit getuigschrift op korte termijn na indiensttreding te behalen is eveneens voldoende.

Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, communiceert helder en overtuigend. Hierbij ben je in staat discreet, planmatig en zelfstandig te werk gaan.

Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van en een grote interesse in de welzijnswetgeving en de specifieke context van het onderwijs. Ervaring als preventieadviseur in het onderwijs is een pluspunt.
