Als preventieadviseur ga je per bedrijf samen met de CEO en lokale preventiemedewerker instaan voor:

  • Uitbouwen van de interne preventiecel voor de toegewezen regio en mee instaan voor de verdere professionalisering van het veiligheids- en welzijnsbeleid.
  • Wekelijks aanwezig zijn op de verschillende sites en er werkplekinspecties, veiligheidsrondgangen en risicoanalyses uitvoeren.
  • Actieplannen opstellen en opvolgen en concrete verbetermaatregelen formuleren rond veiligheid, werkmethodes en arbeidsomstandigheden.
  • Een sterke veiligheidscultuur creëren door medewerkers en leidinggevenden te sensibiliseren, coachen en constructief aan te spreken op veilig gedrag.
  • Fungeren als sparringpartner voor bestuurders en leidinggevenden en hen adviseren over preventie, investeringen, machines, installaties en arbeidsmiddelen.
  • Rapporteren en samenwerken met de Preventieadviseur Niveau I, de Duurzaamheidsmanager, externe preventiediensten en andere betrokken partners.
  • Je beschikt over een getuigschrift Preventieadviseur Niveau II.
  • Je hebt minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring als Preventieadviseur Niveau II.
  • Ervaring binnen een productie-, technische of industriële omgeving is noodzakelijk. Ervaring binnen bouw is uiteraard een bijkomende troef.
  • Je bent hands-on en voelt je comfortabel om regelmatig op de werkvloer aanwezig te zijn.
  • Je kan risico's analyseren én vertalen naar realistische, haalbare acties.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel medewerkers op de werkvloer als leidinggevenden en bestuurders.
  • Je durft mensen op een constructieve manier aan te spreken en weet draagvlak te creëren.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent voldoende flexibel om je regelmatig tussen verschillende locaties te verplaatsen.
  • Je kan je ook verstaanbaar maken in het Frans.
