  • Ontwikkelen, implementeren en verder optimaliseren van het HSE-beleid.
  • Instaan voor het welzijns-, veiligheids- en milieubeleid binnen de organisatie.
  • Vertalen van wettelijke verplichtingen en organisatiedoelstellingen naar concrete acties.
  • Opstellen, opvolgen en bijsturen van het Globaal Preventieplan en Jaaractieplan.
  • Initiëren en leiden van verbeterprojecten rond veiligheid, welzijn en milieu.
  • Uitbouwen en versterken van een positieve veiligheidscultuur.
  • Medewerkers sensibiliseren en het veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie verhogen.
  • Toezien op de correcte toepassing van procedures, richtlijnen en wettelijke voorschriften.
  • Directie en management adviseren bij HSE-gerelateerde vraagstukken.
  • Coördineren en aansturen van preventieadviseurs en andere betrokken medewerkers.
  • Medewerkers begeleiden bij veranderingen en verbetertrajecten.
  • Samenwerken met externe preventiediensten, keuringsorganismen, overheidsinstanties en andere stakeholders.
  • Opvolgen en analyseren van HSE-indicatoren en rapportages.
  • HSE-data vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties en beleidsmaatregelen.
  • Risico's en verbeterpunten identificeren en structureel aanpakken.
  • Het duurzaamheids- en MVO-beleid mee vormgeven en verder ontwikkelen.
  • Opvolgen van ontwikkelingen binnen wetgeving, veiligheid, welzijn en milieu.
  • Een actieve aanwezigheid op de werkvloer combineren met een strategische beleidsrol.
  • Je beschikt over een attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 1.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen een productie-, industriële of operationele omgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van de wet- en regelgeving rond welzijn, veiligheid en milieu.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het leiden van projecten en verandertrajecten.
  • Je bent strategisch sterk, maar behoudt een praktische en hands-on aanpak.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en overtuigende vaardigheden.
  • Je kunt medewerkers en management op een constructieve manier meenemen in veranderingen.
  • Je bent proactief en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je bent analytisch en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en weet prioriteiten te bepalen.
  • Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
