Ben jij een Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 die graag structuur brengt in veiligheid en preventie? Heb je een sterke pen, werk je graag met procedures en systemen en kan je vlot communiceren met zowel medewerkers als leidinggevenden? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou.

Wat houdt de functie in?

  • Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarbij je zowel op kantoor als op de werkvloer actief bent.
  • Tijdens regelmatige werf- en sitebezoeken gebruik je checklists om te bekijken waar het op vlak van veiligheid beter kan. Je gaat hierover rechtstreeks in gesprek met de medewerkers en leidinggevenden en denkt mee over een veilige en haalbare aanpak.
  • Ook het opmaken van risicoanalyses en veiligheidsdocumenten, zoals TRA’s en veiligheidsinstructiekaarten, behoren tot het takenpakket. Je geeft advies over veilige, praktische werkmethodes en de aankoop van PBM’s.
  • Je helpt mee om het preventiebeleid in de praktijk verder uit te bouwen en op te volgen. Je behandelt arbeidsongevallen, maakt verslagen op, voert interne audits uit en zorgt ervoor dat afgesproken acties en verbeterpunten niet blijven liggen.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van de diverse certificaten ( VCA, erkenning asbestverwijdering, Achilles-protocol,…), bereid de jaarlijkse audits in het kader van deze certificaten voor en begeleid de auditor tijdens de audit.
  • Een goede opvolging van de opleidingen is belangrijk. Het opleidingsplan wordt door jou opgevolgd en noodzakelijke veiligheidsopleidingen, zoals EHBO en asbest, worden tijdig ingepland. Ook bij de organisatie van de veiligheidsweek speel je een actieve rol.
  • Binnen het syndicaal overleg zorg je mee voor een goede voorbereiding en opvolging. Je neemt ook deel aan andere overlegmomenten zoals onder andere plannings- en personeelsvergaderingen, directiemeetings en toolboxen.
  • Binnen het preventieteam neem je een coördinerende en aansturende rol op. Je geeft leiding aan de preventiemedewerker, brengt structuur in het werk en bewaakt de planning, prioriteiten en werkdruk. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de verschillende preventietaken goed worden opgevolgd.
  • Tot slot onderhoud je contacten met externe preventiediensten en andere partners en neem je waar nodig contact op met bevoegde instanties.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau 1;
  • Je bent sterk in schriftelijke communicatie en duidelijke verslagen opmaken;
  • Systemen, procedures en checklists kennen geen geheimen voor je
  • Je bent iemand die georganiseerd werkt en het overzicht kan bewaren;
  • Je kan prioriteiten inschatten
  • Communicatief sterk: je maakt makkelijk contact met mensen en kan op een correcte en constructieve manier zeggen wanneer iets beter of veiliger kan;
  • Je kan je kalmte bewaren tijdens een crisissituatie
  • Een goede kennis van normen, certificatie- en kwaliteitssystemen: VCA ISO 9001 ISO 14001 Erkenning asbestverwijdering Achillesprotocol …
