AZ Diest is op zoek naar een preventieadviseur met specifieke affiniteit voor kwaliteitsmanagement binnen een vooruitstrevende ziekenhuisomgeving. Naast het verder uitbouwen van een welzijnsbeleid, een preventie- en milieubeleid en een globaal veiligheidsbeleid in het ziekenhuis, krijg je specifieke taken binnen het kwaliteitsbeleid toegeëigend. De kwaliteitsaspecten zullen voornamelijk betrekking hebben op het facilitaire domein.

Samen met de directie en het departementeel management van ons ziekenhuis, werk je de voornoemde beleidsaspecten grondig uit en ben je de drijvende kracht bij de responsabilisering en sensibilisering van al onze medewerkers rond welzijn, veiligheid, milieu én kwaliteit.

Takenpakket • Je bouwt een constructieve samenwerking op met het management, de artsen en alle medewerkers van de verschillende (zorg)afdelingen. • Daarnaast werk je graag samen met de verschillende externe instanties (overheid, leveranciers, externe dienst voor preventie en bescherming op het werk, controlerende instanties). • Je voornaamste taken zijn het verlenen van advies rond alle aspecten van welzijn op het werk, het uitvoeren van risicoanalyses, het opmaken van veiligheidsformulieren en indienststellingsverslagen van zowel installaties als toestellen. • Je bereidt de nodige audits, keuringen, kwaliteitscontroles voor en kan je alle nodige documentatie en informatie verschaffen. • Als secretaris van het comité voor preventie en bescherming op het werk, formuleer je gefundeerde adviezen op de vragen en noden van de werknemersafgevaardigden en de medewerkers van ons ziekenhuis. • Je sensibiliseert en overtuigt medewerkers van het belang van preventie en veiligheid en ondersteunt hen bij diverse vragen. • Naast jouw rol als preventieadviseur, neem je als hoofd interne dienst fysische controle de verantwoordelijkheid en het toezicht, samen met de stralingsagenten, op het correcte gebruik van ioniserende straling en dit in nauwe samenwerking met de externe dienst voor fysische controle. • Je neemt een actieve rol op in het milieubeleid van het ziekenhuis. • Je werkt samen met de noodplancoördinator alle ziekenhuisnoodplannen uit. • Je werkt samen met de kwaliteitscoördinator een kwaliteitsbeleid uit. • Je rapporteert aan de facilitair en technisch directeur.

• Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, aangevuld met het attest preventieadviseur niveau 1 of niveau 2 (mits bereidheid om niveau 1 te behalen). • Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring als preventieadviseur. • Ervaring binnen de zorgsector is een pluspunt. • Ervaring met GDPR-wetgeving, kwaliteitsbeleid en een attest milieucoördinator A of B zijn een absolute meerwaarde. • Je hebt een positieve ingesteldheid en streeft naar continue verbetering. • Je bent toegankelijk voor onze medewerkers en stelt je vanuit jouw expertise op als partner binnen jouw domein. • Je kan vlot diverse taken combineren, werkt zelfstandig en durft initiatief te nemen. • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd. • Je beschikt over prima communicatieve en administratieve vaardigheden
