Ben jij gepassioneerd door veiligheid op de werkvloer en wil je meebouwen aan een sterke

veiligheidscultuur binnen een groeiende technische onderneming?

Voor onze klant, een innovatieve en snelgroeiende speler binnen HVAC en elektriciteit, zijn we op

zoek naar een Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 of Niveau 2. In deze veelzijdige functie krijg je de kans om

een centrale rol op te nemen binnen het veiligheidsbeleid van de organisatie en actief bij te dragen

aan de verdere professionalisering ervan.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Preventieadviseur ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het interne veiligheidsbeleid van de

organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleiders, werfleiders en directie om veiligheid op alle

niveaus te waarborgen en verder uit te bouwen.

Je verdeelt je tijd ongeveer voor de helft tussen kantoor en de verschillende werven. Op de werven

ben je zichtbaar aanwezig, voer je veiligheidsrondgangen uit, ondersteun je de projectteams en geef

je advies waar nodig. Op kantoor werk je het veiligheidsbeleid verder uit en zorg je voor de

administratieve opvolging.

Concreet sta je onder andere in voor:

  • Het opstellen en opvolgen van risicoanalyses, veiligheidsplannen en toolboxen.
  • Het uitwerken van het Globaal Preventieplan (GPP) en het Jaarlijks Actieplan (JAP) en de verdere opvolging hiervan.
  • Het adviseren van directie en projectleiders rond welzijn en veiligheid op de werkvloer.
  • Het uitvoeren en begeleiden van VCA-audits en het verder optimaliseren van de veiligheidsprocessen.
  • Het organiseren en opvolgen van veiligheidsrondgangen en veiligheidsvergaderingen op de verschillende werven.
  • Het sensibiliseren en ondersteunen van medewerkers zodat veiligheid een vanzelfsprekend onderdeel wordt van de dagelijkse werking.
  • Het rapporteren aan de directie over de voortgang van veiligheidsacties en verbeterpunten.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma
  • Een diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 of Niveau 2, waarbij je bereid bent om Niveau 1 op te behalen
  • Ervaring of een sterke affiniteit met de bouwsector
  • Een pragmatische en hands-on ingesteldheid
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt vlot samen met projectleiders, werfleiders en directie
  • Je bent leergierig, ondernemend en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
