Als Preventieadviseur ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor alles wat te maken heeft met veiligheid, gezondheid en welzijn op het werk.

Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:

  • Ontwikkelen, implementeren en opvolgen van het preventie- en welzijnsbeleid.
  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en voorstellen van gerichte preventiemaatregelen.
  • Adviseren en ondersteunen van management en medewerkers op het vlak van veiligheid en welzijn.
  • Regelmatig bezoeken van de verschillende sites en medewerkers begeleiden bij veiligheidsvraagstukken.
  • Deelnemen aan het maandelijkse Comité voor Preventie en Bescherming op het Werk (CPBW).
  • Organiseren van opleidingen, toolboxmeetings en sensibiliseringsacties.
  • Onderzoeken van arbeidsongevallen en uitwerken van concrete verbeteracties.
  • Ondersteunen van milieu- en duurzaamheidsinitiatieven, waaronder ESG-projecten.
  • Op termijn doorgroeien naar de rol van ADR-Adviseur en bijdragen aan de veiligheid van het transport van gevaarlijke goederen

Je staat er uiteraard niet alleen voor. Voor milieugerelateerde administratieve taken en je ontwikkeling richting ADR kan je rekenen op de ondersteuning van ervaren collega's.

Een functie met afwisseling en flexibiliteit

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de preventie en veiligheid op verschillende locaties binnen België.

Je organiseert je agenda grotendeels zelfstandig en combineert administratief werk met bezoeken aan de verschillende sites. Iedere locatie wordt minimaal twee keer per jaar bezocht, maar wanneer zich ergens een arbeidsongeval of veiligheidsincident voordoet, schakel je snel en geef je hier de nodige prioriteit aan.

We zoeken daarom iemand die zich flexibel kan verplaatsen, graag aanwezig is op de werkvloer en zich comfortabel voelt in een functie waarin geen enkele week helemaal hetzelfde is.

Wie zoeken wij?

Wij zoeken een preventieadviseur die niet alleen sterk is in zijn of haar vakgebied, maar ook graag tussen de mensen staat en veiligheid op een toegankelijke manier bespreekbaar maakt.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau 1, of een diploma Niveau 2 met relevante ervaring en de ambitie om door te groeien naar Niveau 1.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en voelt je thuis in een operationele werkomgeving.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om je regelmatig te verplaatsen naar verschillende locaties binnen België.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je weet medewerkers en leidinggevenden te enthousiasmeren en draagvlak te creëren voor veiligheidsinitiatieven.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met milieu, duurzaamheid en ESG.
  • Je hebt interesse in ADR of beschikt al over ervaring als ADR-Adviseur.
