Inleiding

Voor een internationale productieomgeving in de regio Waregem zoeken we een ervaren Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 die het veiligheidsbeleid verder professionaliseert.

Je combineert strategisch veiligheidsbeleid met een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer. Je adviseert het management, coacht leidinggevenden en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid structureel wordt verankerd binnen de organisatie.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je trekt het veiligheids- en preventiebeleid en vertaalt dit naar concrete actieplannen zoals het GPP en JAP.
  • Je adviseert en coacht management en leidinggevenden en bouwt actief verder aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert het veiligheidsmanagementsysteem en ondersteunt de verdere ontwikkeling richting ISO 45001.
  • Je coördineert risicoanalyses, incidentonderzoeken en audits en zorgt voor concrete corrigerende en preventieve acties.
  • Je begeleidt nieuwe machines, installaties en investeringsprojecten vanuit veiligheid en staat mee in voor correcte indienststellingen.
  • Je volgt wetgeving, veiligheids-KPI's, opleidingen en het Comité voor Preventie en Bescherming op en rapporteert hierover aan het management.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je bent Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 of beschikt over Niveau 2 met ruime ervaring en de ambitie om Niveau 1 te behalen.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een industriële of productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van risicoanalyses, veiligheidsmanagementsystemen, audits en welzijnswetgeving.
  • Je bent een hands-on en communicatieve preventieprofessional die zowel op de werkvloer als met management sterk staat.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans en beschikt over professioneel Engels.
