Voor industriële projecten in de Antwerpse haven zoeken we een HSE Coördinator / Preventieadviseur Niveau 2

Wat ga je doen?

Als HSE Coördinator ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor veiligheid, gezondheid en welzijn op één of meerdere werven.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Uitvoeren van veiligheidsrondgangen en werkplekinspecties.
  • Detecteren van risico's en opvolgen van preventieve maatregelen.
  • Adviseren van werfleiding en medewerkers rond HSE.
  • Onderzoeken en rapporteren van incidenten, ongevallen en bijna-ongevallen.
  • Geven van toolboxen, veiligheidsbriefings en sensibilisaties.
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheids- en welzijnsvoorschriften.
  • Meewerken aan een sterke en gedragen veiligheidscultuur.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau 2.
  • Ervaring in een industriële omgeving, bij voorkeur petrochemie.
  • Je hebt kennis van de welzijnswetgeving en weet die praktisch toe te passen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en durft mensen op een constructieve manier aan te spreken.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en houdt het overzicht.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Frans is mooi meegenomen.
