Voor een industriële productieomgeving zoeken we een freelance Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 met een uitgesproken hands-on mentaliteit. Geen puur beleidsmatige veiligheidsfunctie: je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer, spreekt mensen aan, analyseert risico’s en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheidsafspraken ook daadwerkelijk worden toegepast.

De omgeving is technisch en operationeel uitdagend, met een sterke aanwezigheid van sociaal overleg en vakbondsvertegenwoordiging. Daarom zoeken we iemand die inhoudelijk sterk staat, pragmatisch communiceert en mensen kan meenemen in verandering.

Functieomschrijving

  • Dagelijkse opvolging van veiligheid op de werkvloer
  • Uitvoeren en begeleiden van TRA’s, risicoanalyses en veiligheidsobservaties
  • Identificeren van risico’s en vertalen naar praktische verbetermaatregelen
  • Ondersteunen en coachen van medewerkers, supervisors en management rond veiligheid
  • Actief aanspreken van medewerkers en contractors op veilig gedrag
  • Onderzoeken en opvolgen van incidenten, near misses en onveilige situaties
  • Meewerken aan toolboxen, werkvergunningen en operationele veiligheidsprocedures
  • Samenwerken met productie, maintenance, engineering en andere technische afdelingen
  • Constructief omgaan met vakbondsvertegenwoordigers en sociaal overleg
  • Veiligheid verder verankeren in de dagelijkse werking en cultuur
  • Preventieadviseur Niveau 2
  • Aantoonbare ervaring binnen chemie, petrochemie of een vergelijkbare zware industriële omgeving
  • Sterke technische achtergrond is een must
  • Ervaring met TRA’s, risicoanalyses, werkvergunningen en operationele veiligheid
  • Duidelijk hands-on en aanwezig op de vloer
  • Sterke people manager die medewerkers kan overtuigen en meenemen
  • Communicatief stevig genoeg om op verschillende niveaus te schakelen
  • Ervaring binnen een omgeving met sterk sociaal overleg / vakbondsvertegenwoordiging is een belangrijke troef
  • Pragmatisch: veiligheid bewaken zonder de operationele realiteit uit het oog te verliezen
  • Zelfstandig, besluitvaardig en comfortabel in een technisch veeleisende omgeving
