Voor een groeiende productieorganisatie met meerdere vestigingen in België zoeken we een Preventieadviseur Niveau 2. Je komt terecht in een professionele productieomgeving waar veiligheid, welzijn en continue verbetering dagelijks aandacht krijgen. In deze functie krijg je de ruimte om preventie mee vorm te geven en zichtbaar te maken op de werkvloer.

Als Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 werk je samen met een HSE-manager, collega-preventieadviseur, HR, Facility en externe partners. Je combineert wetgeving, risicoanalyse, werkplekbezoeken en sensibilisering.

Jouw taken:

  • Je voert risicoanalyses en werkplekinspecties uit en formuleert concrete preventiemaatregelen.
  • Je werkt mee aan het Globaal Preventieplan (GPP) en Jaaractieplan (JAP).
  • Je onderzoekt arbeidsongevallen en incidenten en volgt verbeteracties op.
  • Je adviseert over arbeidsmiddelen, PBM’s, chemische stoffen en werkplekken.
  • Je ontwikkelt toolboxen, procedures en veiligheidsinstructies.
  • Je ondersteunt het Comité PBW en bereidt dossiers en adviezen voor.
  • Je volgt preventiedocumentatie, registraties en rapportering op.
  • Je begeleidt medewerkers en leidinggevenden rond veilig gedrag en welzijn.
  • Diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau 2.
  • Relevante ervaring als preventieadviseur.
  • Grondige kennis van de Belgische welzijns- en veiligheidswetgeving.
  • Sterk analytisch en organisatorisch vermogen.
  • Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en pragmatisch.
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Frans.
  • Bereid om verschillende Belgische productiesites te bezoeken.
