The posting

Als Preventieadviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere uitbouw, implementatie en opvolging van het preventie- en welzijnsbeleid binnen de organisatie. Je combineert een adviserende rol met een sterke administratieve opvolging en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor alles wat verband houdt met veiligheid, gezondheid en welzijn op het werk.

Samen met verschillende interne stakeholders werk je continu aan het creëren van een veilige en conforme werkomgeving, waarbij je zowel operationele als administratieve taken opneemt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitwerken, implementeren en up-to-date houden van het preventie- en welzijnsbeleid.
  • Adviseren van management en medewerkers rond veiligheid, welzijn en relevante wetgeving.
  • Opstellen, beheren en optimaliseren van procedures, werkinstructies en veiligheidsdocumentatie.
  • Uitvoeren en opvolgen van risicoanalyses en bijdragen aan het identificeren van mogelijke verbeterpunten.
  • Administratieve opvolging van veiligheids- en preventiedossiers, inclusief rapporteringen en wettelijke documenten.
  • Voorbereiden van maandverslagen, rondgangverslagen en andere verplichte registraties.
  • Onderzoeken, registreren en opvolgen van arbeidsongevallen en incidenten.
  • Bewaken van de naleving van interne procedures en wettelijke verplichtingen.
  • Organiseren en coördineren van opleidingen, toolboxmeetings en veiligheidssensibilisering.
  • Ondersteunen bij interne en externe audits en het opvolgen van verbeteracties.
  • Actief bijdragen aan initiatieven rond continue verbetering van veiligheid, kwaliteit en welzijn.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met vragen omtrent preventie, veiligheid en welzijn.
  • Samenwerken met externe partners, keuringsinstanties en preventiediensten.
  • ISO 45001: Managementsysteem voor Veiligheid & Welzijn op het Werk.
  • ISO 14001: Milieumanagementsysteem.
  • ISO 9001: Kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem.
  • VCA (Veiligheid, Gezondheid en Milieu Checklist Aannemers), vaak zeer relevant in industriële en maritieme omgevingen.

Je beschikt over een attest Preventieadviseur en bent bereid om bijkomende opleidingen te volgen indien nodig.

Je hebt ervaring binnen een industriële, technische of projectmatige omgeving.

Je bent vertrouwd met veiligheidsmanagementsystemen en hebt bij voorkeur kennis van normen zoals ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 en/of VCA.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en haalt energie uit het beheren en opvolgen van dossiers, procedures en wettelijke verplichtingen.

Je beschikt over sterke administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.

Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en weet adviezen op een duidelijke manier over te brengen.

Je bent analytisch, oplossingsgericht en neemt graag initiatief om processen verder te optimaliseren.

Naast je administratieve taken ben je ook graag aanwezig op de werkvloer om veiligheid en preventie actief uit te dragen.

Kennis van het Frans en/of Engels vormt een meerwaarde.
