Hier bouwen ze niet alleen aan sterke projecten, maar ook aan een veilige, duurzame en mensgerichte werkomgeving. Als Preventieadviseur krijg je een veelzijdige rol waarbij je zowel operationeel op de werven aanwezig bent als strategisch meedenkt over welzijn, veiligheid en duurzaamheid binnen de organisatie.

  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en opvolgen van preventiemaatregelen.
  • Analyseren van arbeidsongevallen en uitwerken van concrete verbeteracties.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van veiligheids- en gezondheidsplannen in samenwerking met projectleiding en externe partners.
  • Organiseren van toolboxmeetings en interne veiligheidsopleidingen.
  • Collega’s coachen en sensibiliseren rond veilig werken op de werf.
  • Toezien op de naleving van welzijnswetgeving en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor externe preventiediensten en inspecties.
  • Coördineren en verder uitbouwen van het ESG-beleid binnen de organisatie.
  • Opvolgen van milieumaatregelen op de werven zoals afvalbeheer, energieverbruik en CO₂-reductie.
  • Mee vormgeven van sociale en duurzame initiatieven binnen het bedrijf.
  • Je beschikt over het attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 2.
  • Ervaring binnen de bouwsector via opleiding of praktijkervaring op werven is een must
  • In zowel een coachende als technische rol voel je je sterk.
  • Affiniteit met duurzaamheid, milieu en maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen is een must.
  • Gestructureerd, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht ga je aan de slag.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen.
  • Nederlands spreek je vloeiend en je kan je uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je combineert technische kennis met sterke sociale vaardigheden.
