Als Preventieadviseur niveau 2 ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met welzijn, veiligheid en milieu te maken heeft binnen de afdelingen in Gent en Hamme. Je volgt de relevante wetgeving, implementeert acties en ziet toe op de naleving van regels en procedures. Je rapporteert wettelijk verplichte documenten, zoals het jaaractieplan en het globaal preventieplan, en onderhoudt contacten met keuringsinstanties en externe preventiediensten.

Een doorsnee werkdag bestaat uit het coachen van medewerkers om bewust veilig te werken, het bijhouden van registraties van je activiteiten en het assisteren bij het opstellen van risicoanalyses. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders en zorgt dat iedereen op de hoogte is van de geldende regels en procedures. Je blijft je kennis vernieuwen door opleidingen en seminaries te volgen, zodat je steeds up-to-date blijft.

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting
  • Je beschikt over het getuigschrift Preventieadviseur niveau 2
  • Je hebt ervaring met veiligheids- en milieutaken
  • Je kent managementsystemen zoals VCA**, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 en/of ISO 45001
  • Je bent toegankelijk en een echte teamspeler
  • Je beschikt over sterke coaching skills
  • Je bent ondernemend en pragmatisch ingesteld
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B
