De functie inhoud Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 in Regio Deerlijk?

  • Initiëren en uitvoeren van diepgaande risicoanalyses, waarbij incidenten en near misses grondig worden onderzocht om verbeteringen door te voeren
  • Actief vormgeven aan het HSEQ-beleid door veiligheidsdoelstellingen te vertalen naar haalbare en meetbare acties op de werkvloer
  • Proactief aanwezig zijn op de werkvloer om medewerkers te motiveren, te coachen en bewust te maken van veilig werken
  • Technische veiligheid monitoren en preventiemaatregelen opvolgen om risico’s systematisch te beperken
  • Continu stimuleren van een verbetergerichte veiligheidscultuur door kansen te signaleren en in samenwerking met collega’s oplossingen te implementeren

  • Beschikt over een diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau II en een bachelor of master in een technische richting
  • Heeft minstens een eerste werkervaring binnen preventie en veiligheid in een industriële of technische context
  • Combineert technische kennis met een hands-on mentaliteit, overtuigingskracht en zin voor initiatief
  • Kennis van VCA**, ISO 9001 is vereist – ISO 14001 of ISO 45001 zijn mooie extra’s
