The posting

In deze rol combineer je het werk van Preventieadviseur niveau 2 met de verantwoordelijkheid voor ESG binnen een bouwonderneming. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werven en schakelt vlot tussen technische veiligheidsthema's en menselijke coaching.

Concreet zal je:

  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses (RA, TA, DRA) en de bijhorende preventiemaatregelen opvolgen.
  • Arbeidsongevallen analyseren en concrete verbeteracties voorstellen en laten implementeren.
  • V&G-plannen opstellen en opvolgen in overleg met projectleiding en externe partners.
  • Toolboxmeetings en interne veiligheidsopleidingen organiseren en geven aan collega's op de werven.
  • Collega's coachen rond veilig werken, gedrag, attitude en communicatie, met regelmatige aanwezigheid op de werven.
  • Toezien op de naleving van de welzijnswetgeving en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor externe preventiediensten en inspecties.
  • Het ESG-beleid coördineren en milieumaatregelen op werven opvolgen (zoals afvalbeheer, energieverbruik en CO₂-reductie).
  • Mee sociale en duurzame initiatieven uitwerken op bedrijfsniveau en ESG-doelstellingen rapporteren aan het managementteam.
  • Nieuwe opportuniteiten binnen ESG-regelgeving en normen detecteren en voorstellen doen richting beleid.

Voor deze functie als Preventieadviseur niveau 2 & ESG past een profiel dat zowel technisch onderlegd is als sterk in communicatie en coaching.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je beschikt over het attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 (verplicht).
  • Je hebt ervaring in de bouwsector, via een technisch bouwkundig diploma of via aantoonbare praktijkervaring op werven.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in zowel een coachende rol als in technische veiligheidsmateries en regelgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot op verschillende niveaus en neemt spontaan initiatief.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met duurzaamheid, milieu en maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen (MVO).
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, zelfstandig en bent resultaatgericht in je aanpak.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en je durft je uit te drukken in het Frans en/of Engels.
