FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in het creëren van een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving?

Voor een groeiende onderneming met meerdere vestigingen in Oost-Vlaanderen zijn we op zoek naar een Preventieadviseur Niveau 2. In deze functie combineer je advies, begeleiding en opvolging van veiligheids- en welzijnsbeleid, waarbij je dagelijks in contact staat met medewerkers en leidinggevenden.

Wie ben jij?

• Je bent een echte teamspeler die tegelijk voldoende zelfstandig kan werken.

• Je beschikt over het attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 2.

• Veiligheid, welzijn en milieu zijn thema's waar je graag actief mee aan de slag gaat.

• Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen een technische richting.

• Je communiceert vlot met zowel medewerkers als leidinggevenden en weet mensen mee te krijgen in jouw verhaal.

• Je hebt ervaring met preventie- en veiligheidsbeleid binnen een technische of industriële omgeving.

• Je denkt praktisch, neemt initiatief en houdt ervan om verbeteringen door te voeren.

• Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

• Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.

PROFIEL Wie ben jij?

• Je beschikt over het attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 2.

• Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting.

• Je hebt ervaring binnen veiligheid, preventie en/of milieubeheer.

• Je bent communicatief sterk en weet mensen op een positieve manier te begeleiden en te coachen.

• Je werkt graag oplossingsgericht en neemt spontaan initiatief.

• Je bent pragmatisch ingesteld en houdt ervan om verbeteringen door te voeren.

• Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband efficiënt werken.

• Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

• Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
