Voor een erkende producent van voedingsmiddelen uit regio Waregem zijn we op zoek naar een Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 die klaar is om een brede HSE-rol op te nemen. Deze Belgische speler realiseert een omzet van ongeveer €750 miljoen en telt meer dan 1.000 medewerkers. Daarmee behoort de organisatie tot de marktleiders binnen haar niche in de Europese voedingsindustrie.

In deze functie kom je terecht op managementniveau en neem je verantwoordelijkheid over preventie en veiligheid binnen verschillende afdelingen. Ook een junior profiel met eerste HSE-ervaring komt in aanmerking, op voorwaarde dat je klaar bent om snel verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en door te groeien richting Niveau 1.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als HSE Specialist neem je verantwoordelijkheid op voor preventie, veiligheid en HSE-opvolging binnen een groot deel van de site
  • Je vertaalt het HSE-beleid naar concrete acties op de werkvloer en bewaakt de naleving van veiligheidsnormen binnen verschillende afdelingen
  • Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor veiligheidsvragen, risicoanalyses en preventiemaatregelen, zowel voor interne teams als externe securitypartners
  • Je begeleidt het interne interventieteam en zorgt mee voor een goede werking, paraatheid en verdere opvolging
  • Verder bereid en begeleid je interne en externe audits, onderzoek je incidenten en werk je verbeteracties uit om herhaling te voorkomen
  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in een richting rond veiligheid, milieu, techniek of engineering
  • Daarnaast heb je een attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 2; Niveau 1 is een plus en kan met ondersteuning van het bedrijf behaald worden
  • Voor deze functie is minstens een eerste ervaring binnen HSE, preventie of veiligheid in een industriële omgeving vereist
  • Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk in het Nederlands; kennis van brandveiligheid en GDPR is een sterke troef
