Voor een productiebedrijf in regio Ieper zijn we op zoek naar een Preventieadviseur Niveau 3. In deze rol ondersteun je het veiligheidsbeleid op de site en draag je bij aan een werkomgeving waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking dagelijks centraal staan.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar je dicht bij de werkvloer staat en de kans krijgt om verder te groeien binnen preventie. Een belangrijke troef binnen deze functie is dat je de mogelijkheid krijgt om jouw opleiding Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 te volgen, wat vandaag een zeldzame en waardevolle investering is in jouw verdere carrière.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

  • Ondersteunen bij het opvolgen, verbeteren en verder uitbouwen van het preventiebeleid op de site.
  • Uitvoeren van werkplekinspecties, veiligheidsrondgangen en praktische risicoanalyses.
  • Signaleren van onveilige situaties en mee opvolgen van concrete verbeteracties.
  • Ondersteunen bij incidenten en arbeidsongevallen en meewerken aan de administratieve opvolging.
  • Sensibiliseren van medewerkers rond veilig werken, PBM's en welzijn op het werk.
  • Meewerken aan veiligheidsinstructies, procedures en toolboxen.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer voor praktische vragen rond veiligheid en preventie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over het attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 3 en wil graag doorgroeien richting Niveau 2.
  • Je hebt interesse in veiligheid binnen een productie- of industriële omgeving.
  • Je bent hands-on, communicatief en graag aanwezig op de werkvloer.
