Om ons preventieteam te versterken zijn wij op zoek naar een Preventieadviseur niveau I die ons veiligheids- en welzijnsbeleid verder uitbouwt en borgt.

Jouw rol

Als Preventieadviseur niveau I ben jij hét aanspreekpunt en de motor van ons preventie- en welzijnsbeleid. Je werkt nauw samen met het directiecomité, de preventieadviseurs niveau II en de externe partners.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert het globaal preventieplan en het jaarlijks actieplan.
  • Je coördineert het interne preventieteam en ondersteunt de preventieadviseurs niveau II op de verschillende sites.
  • Je adviseert het management rond veiligheid, gezondheid, ergonomie, psychosociaal welzijn en milieuaspecten.
  • Je voert risicoanalyses uit en zorgt voor passende maatregelen.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan een veiligheidscultuur waarin preventie en welzijn vanzelfsprekend zijn.
  • Je staat in contact met interne en externe partners (arbeidsgeneeskundige dienst, inspectiediensten, vakbonden, etc.).
  • Je volgt wetgeving en nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen welzijn en veiligheid nauwgezet op.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over het diploma van Preventieadviseur niveau I (vereist).
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring in een industriële of productieomgeving.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan op alle niveaus draagvlak creëren.
  • Je combineert analytische vaardigheden met pragmatische oplossingen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een troef.
