en jij preventieadviseur niveau III en wil je jouw expertise inzetten in een lokale organisatie waar medewerkers centraal staan? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Wij zijn een groeiende dienstenchequeonderneming actief in de ruime regio rond Moorslede. Dagelijks zetten onze huishoudhulpen zich in bij klanten die ondersteuning nodig hebben bij het huishouden. Zij staan onder meer in voor poetsen, strijken, maaltijdvoorbereiding en kleine boodschappen.

Om het welzijn en de veiligheid van onze medewerkers verder te versterken, zoeken wij een preventieadviseur niveau III voor 4 uur per week.

Jouw taken

  • Je voert risicoanalyses uit van de verschillende werkposten en ontwikkelt mee een doeltreffend preventie- en welzijnsbeleid.
  • Je adviseert de directie over de toepassing van de welzijnswetgeving en waakt over de naleving ervan.
  • Je organiseert opleidingen, toolboxen en sensibiliseringsacties rond veiligheid en welzijn.
  • Je onderzoekt arbeidsongevallen, incidenten en risico's en formuleert preventieve en corrigerende maatregelen.
  • Je volgt het globaal preventieplan en het jaaractieplan mee op.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt proactief mee over de verdere uitbouw van het welzijns- en veiligheidsbeleid.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over het diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau III.
  • Ervaring binnen een kmo of een organisatie met dienstverlening aan huis is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en hebt een praktische, hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en Engels is een meerwaarde.
  • Je bent een sterke communicator en weet medewerkers op een positieve manier te sensibiliseren en te coachen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je bent bereid te werken vanuit ons kantoor in de regio Moorslede.
