Voor een stabiele en groeiende organisatie actief in een industriële omgeving zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Preventieadviseur. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met een externe preventiepartner en draag je actief bij aan een veilig, gezond en duurzaam werkklimaat.

Functieomschrijving

Als Preventieadviseur ben je een sleutelfiguur binnen het welzijns- en veiligheidsbeleid van de organisatie. Je adviseert het management en bent het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers op de werkvloer.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

- Uitwerken, implementeren en opvolgen van het globaal preventieplan en het jaaractieplan

- Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en vertalen naar concrete verbetermaatregelen

- Onderzoeken en analyseren van arbeidsongevallen en incidenten

- Organiseren van opleidingen, toolbox meetings en evacuatieoefeningen

- Ontwikkelen en bewaken van veiligheidsprocedures

- Optimaliseren van afvalbeheer en recyclageprocessen

- Aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers rond veiligheid en welzijn

Actieve betrokkenheid bij nieuwe investeringen, met focus op veiligheid Profiel

- Je hebt een achtergrond als Preventieadviseur (niveau volgens Belgische wetgeving)

- Je combineert analytisch inzicht met een pragmatische aanpak

- Je communiceert vlot en overtuigend met verschillende stakeholders

- Je werkt zelfstandig, maar voelt je tegelijk sterk in samenwerking

- Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en oog voor detail

Ervaring in een industriële of productieomgeving is een pluspunt
