- Friesland - 32 uur - MBO - Zorg / welzijn Voor een tandartspraktijk in Leeuwarden zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en vriendelijke preventieassistent. Het gaat om een baan van minimaal 24-32 uur per week. In onderling overleg is het ook mogelijk om werkzaamheden als preventieassistent en tandartsassistent te combineren. Je treedt direct in dienst bij de tandartspraktijk. Waar ga je aan de slag? Je gaat werken in een moderne tandartsenpraktijk in Leeuwarden, samen met een behandelteam op het gebied van preventie en parodontale zorg. Naast preventieassistenten bestaat het team uit specialisten zoals mondhygiënisten. Wat ga je doen? Als preventieassistent voer je in opdracht van de tandarts of mondhygiënist preventiebehandelingen uit. Je geeft je patiënten informatie en adviezen over mondgezondheid en behandelt zowel jeugd (tot 18 jaar) als volwassenen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedere patiënt zich veilig en op zijn gemak voelt door adviezen te geven over het voorkomen van ontstoken tandvlees en cariës, en door tips te geven voor het verbeteren van de mondgezondheid.
