In de regio van Gent vind je een gevestigde speler die technische dienstverlening aanbiedt aan bedrijven binnen de industrie, openbare sector en tertiaire omgeving. Samen met ruim 900 medewerkers en een jaaromzet van meer dan €150 miljoen ondersteunen ze uiteenlopende projecten en zorgen ze voor een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving bij hun klanten.

Om de verdere groei te ondersteunen, kijken ze uit naar een extra Preventiecoördinator die mee het veiligheidsbeleid verder uitbouwt in de regio's van Gent en Dendermonde.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Preventieadviseur ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alles wat te maken heeft met veiligheid, welzijn en milieu, waarbij je collega's en leidinggevenden adviseert en ondersteunt met praktische oplossingen
  • De geldende wetgeving volg je nauwgezet op, vertaalt deze naar de praktijk en ziet erop toe dat procedures correct worden toegepast, inclusief het opstellen van het globaal preventieplan, jaaractieplan en de bijhorende wettelijke rapporteringen
  • Samen met je collega's bouw je verder aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur door medewerkers te coachen, risico's bespreekbaar te maken en veilig werken dagelijks onder de aandacht te brengen
  • Risicoanalyses werk je mee uit, noodzakelijke registraties houd je zorgvuldig up-to-date en je onderhoudt een vlotte samenwerking met interne en externe partners zoals keuringsinstanties, de externe preventiedienst en de arbeidsarts
  • Om jouw expertise als Preventiecoördinator verder uit te bouwen, krijg je de kans om opleidingen en seminaries te volgen en blijf je steeds op de hoogte van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen binnen preventie en welzijn op het werk
  • Je behaalde een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in een technische richting en beschikt over het attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 2
  • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen veiligheid, welzijn en milieubeheer vormen een sterke basis om deze functie zelfstandig op te nemen
  • Ervaring met VCA**, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 en/of ISO 45001 is mooi meegenomen en je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
