In onze gemeente bouwen we samen aan een Sterke Sociale Basis . We zetten volop in op preventie en normalisering, zodat inwoners zo zelfstandig mogelijk kunnen meedoen en we problemen vroegtijdig voor zijn. Daarbij spelen de preventiewerkers een belangrijke rol: zij bieden laagdrempelige ondersteuning en staan dichtbij de inwoners. Om deze beweging verder te versterken, starten we een pilot in twee gebieden. We breiden ons team uit met preventiewerkers die inwoners - waar nodig - ook breder en voor langere tijd ondersteunen. Dit doen we niet alleen, maar samen met partners binnen de sociale basis en gemeentelijke collega's. Wil jij bijdragen aan duurzame ondersteuning en écht het verschil maken voor inwoners? Dat kan van alles zijn: een gezin dat vastloopt in de opvoeding, iemand met geldzorgen een inwoner die zich eenzaam voelt of een situatie waarin onveiligheid een rol speelt. Je spreekt mensen thuis of in de wijk en brengt samen in kaart wat er speelt. Je ondersteunt bij het verkleinen en normaliseren van probleemsituaties.
