Jouw nieuwe werkgever Onze klant is een internationale logistieke speler met een sterke focus op innovatie, digitalisering en klantgerichtheid. Om de verdere groei van de maritieme activiteiten te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een Pricing Analyst Ocean Freight voor de vestiging in Antwerpen.

Jouw functie

Als Pricing Analyst Ocean Freight ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, analyseren en optimaliseren van tarieven, kostenstructuren en klantcontracten binnen de zeevrachtactiviteiten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle prijsinformatie correct en tijdig wordt verwerkt in de verschillende systemen, zodat geautomatiseerde rating- en costingprocessen optimaal functioneren.

Je hebt geen rechtstreeks klantencontact, maar fungeert als een essentiële schakel tussen het pricingdepartement en de operationele teams. Dankzij jouw analytisch inzicht en nauwkeurigheid zorg je ervoor dat commerciële afspraken correct vertaald worden naar operationele systemen en processen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Correct en tijdig invoeren, beheren en onderhouden van tarieven en kosteninformatie in verschillende systemen
  • Ondersteunen en beheren van geautomatiseerde rating- en costingprocessen
  • Verwerken van prijsafspraken, contractuele tarieven en klantcondities binnen de beschikbare platformen
  • Fungeren als belangrijke schakel tussen de pricingafdeling en de operationele teams
  • Samenwerken met interne stakeholders om klantvereisten correct en efficiënt te implementeren
  • Analyseren en uitzoeken van complexe tarief- en kostenvraagstukken
  • Evalueren van de impact van globale klantcontracten op lokale activiteiten
  • Signaleren van optimalisaties binnen pricingprocessen en bijdragen aan digitaliseringsprojecten
  • Onderzoeken en oplossen van systeemgerelateerde vraagstukken binnen pricing- en ratemanagementtools
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit, integriteit en betrouwbaarheid van pricingdata
  • Actief meedenken over verdere automatisering en efficiëntere werkwijzen

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen Ocean Freight, bijvoorbeeld in pricing, operations, customer service of rate management
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met cijfers, data en analyses
  • Je haalt voldoening uit het uitzoeken van complexe dossiers en vraagstukken
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt ownership over jouw verantwoordelijkheden
  • Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch denkvermogen en een probleemoplossende mindset
  • Je communiceert vlot met interne stakeholders
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Office-pakket
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels
