Als Principal Advisor Accountancy beheer je een eigen klantenportefeuille, begeleid je collega's en speel je een actieve rol in de verdere groei van het kantoor. Je combineert diepgaande vakkennis met strategisch advies en bouwt mee aan duurzame klantenrelaties.

Jouw taken

  • Je beheert zelfstandig een eigen klantenportefeuille van A tot Z.
  • Je adviseert ondernemers proactief over financiële en fiscale vraagstukken, zodat zij onderbouwde beslissingen kunnen nemen.
  • Je begeleidt fiscale controles van voorbereiding tot afronding.
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en helpt mee bouwen aan de verdere groei van het kantoor.
  • Je begeleidt Assistant Advisors en deelt jouw kennis en ervaring binnen het team.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en partners aan kwalitatieve dienstverlening.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een gelijkwaardige opleiding.
  • Minstens 10 jaar ervaring binnen een accountants- of boekhoudkantoor.
  • Je bent een sterke communicator en bouwt gemakkelijk duurzame klantenrelaties op.
  • Je denkt verder dan de cijfers en ziet opportuniteiten waar anderen uitdagingen zien.
