Als Prio Coördinator Servicedesk bij KPN in Maastricht ben jij de regisseur bij kritieke en complexe storingen voor grootzakelijke klanten. Zodra een prio-incident binnenkomt, neem jij direct de regie: je brengt de situatie in kaart, bepaalt wie moet worden ingeschakeld en zorgt dat de juiste specialisten en stakeholders aanhaken. Jouw taken Je hoeft de technische storing over het algemeen niet zelf op te lossen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheid ligt bij het bewaken van het proces, het behouden van overzicht en het coördineren van alle betrokken partijen. Je houdt contact met de klant, schakelt met interne en externe specialisten en zorgt dat iedereen op het juiste moment over de juiste informatie beschikt. Tijdens het incident bewaak je de voortgang en communicatie en stuur je bij waar nodig. Zo zorg je ervoor dat kritieke storingen zo snel en gecontroleerd mogelijk worden opgepakt en opgelost, bijvoorbeeld wanneer een grote klant als Holland Casino wordt geraakt. Verantwoordelijkheden Je voert regie over kritieke en complexe incidenten van grootzakelijke klanten, coördineert interne en externe specialisten en bewaakt de voortgang, prioriteit en kwaliteit van incidenten en tickets.
