Privacy & AI Adviseur Privacy, AI, data en cybersecurity zijn bepalend voor hoe organisaties kunnen innoveren en groeien. Wet- en regelgeving wordt complexer, terwijl de behoefte aan praktische oplossingen juist groter wordt. Bij Considerati werken we precies op dit snijvlak: we combineren diepgaande juridische expertise met praktische implementatiekracht. Als Privacy & AI Adviseur help je klanten om complexe regelgeving te vertalen naar werkbare oplossingen die risico's beheersen, verantwoorde AI-adoptie versnellen en aantoonbare governance borgen. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt binnen ons team van >25 gespecialiseerde juristen voor nationale en internationale organisaties, van publieke instellingen tot commerciële ondernemingen. De ene keer gaat het om een complex privacyvraagstuk, de andere keer om de verantwoorde inzet van AI, cybersecurity of de implementatie van de Data Act. Je brengt scherpte in complexe vragen en vertaalt juridische analyses naar concrete stappen. Daarbij blijft het niet bij een adviesmemo; je verdiept je in de organisatie en ambities van de klant, begrijpt waar de risico's zitten en denkt mee over oplossingen die juridisch kloppen én praktisch uitvoerbaar zijn. Waar nodig help je ook bij de implementatie, borging en verdere professionalisering van compliance. Je werkt samen met gepassioneerde en gespecialiseerde collega's en krijgt de ruimte om inhoudelijk te groeien, verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en bij te dragen aan de verdere groei van Considerati. Wie zoeken we? We zoeken een slimme, nieuwsgierige, praktisch ingestelde jurist die richting durft te geven in complexe of nieuwe vraagstukken, scherp analyseert en klanten echt verder helpt. Je omarmt technologie, maar hebt oog voor risico's en je kunt je verplaatsen in de klanten die je helpt.
