Privacy Officer Den Haag Over de vacature Dit ga je allemaal doen Werken bij de Nationale ombudsman? Daar kies je bewust voor. Je werkt vanuit je hart en je levert een bijdrage aan een goed functionerende samenleving waarin burgers, kinderen en veteranen zich door (overheids-) organisaties gehoord, gezien en begrepen voelen. Met zo'n 234 bevlogen professionals die werken voor de Nationale ombudsman, Kinderombudsman en Veteranenombudsman, dagen we de betrokken organisaties uit hun dienstverlening te verbeteren. Zodat wat goed is voor burgers, kinderen en veteranen, voorop staat in alles wat deze organisaties doen. De ombudsman heeft dagelijks te maken met burgers, kinderen en veteranen die contact zoeken, omdat zij er met een overheidsinstantie niet uitkomen. Bij ieder contact worden gegevens verzameld, verwerkt en vastgelegd. Het is van groot belang dat dit op een zorgvuldige en rechtmatige manier gebeurt en de verwerking van persoonsgegevens voldoen aan de eisen van de AVG. Iedereen die contact heeft gehad met de ombudsman, heeft recht op inzage in de wijze waarop zijn of haar persoonsgegevens zijn verwerkt. Een helder beleid en eenduidige werkwijze binnen de organisatie zijn daarvoor belangrijke randvoorwaarden. Je speelt een essentiële rol in het waarborgen van de privacy van burgers, medewerkers en derden en het beschermen van hun persoonsgegevens. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor: - Het afhandelen van AVG-verzoeken die burgers bij ons indienen. - Het ontwikkelen, implementeren en handhaven van het privacy beleid en - praktijken binnen onze organisatie. Denk aan het bijhouden van de dataprotocol, DPIA-beleid etc. - Registreren en verwerken van datalekken. - Het bevorderen van privacy bewustzijn binnen de organisatie. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met collega's van het team Informatieregie, zoals bijvoorbeeld de CISO en heb je veel contact met de Functionaris gegevensbescherming (FG).
