Als Privacy Officer ben jij dé spil op het gebied van privacy en gegevensbescherming binnen onze organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat wij voldoen aan de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG) en andere relevante privacywetgeving. Je bent onderdeel van team kwaliteit, werkt nauw samen met de functionaris gegevensbescherming en rapporteert direct aan de voorzitter van de Raad van Bestuur. Wat ga je doen? Als Privacy Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, implementeren en toetsen van het privacy beleid en de protocollen en houd je het verwerkingsregister actueel. Je adviseert en begeleidt collega's, leidinggevenden en directie in het zorgvuldig omgaan met persoonsgegevens. Ook help je ze verder bij vragen met betrekking tot privacy én bij incidentmeldingen. Je signaleert risico's, denkt mee in oplossingen en je helpt collega's bij het afhandelen van datalekken en klachten. Verder coördineer en ondersteun je bij Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA's). Zo draag je bij aan training, bewustwording en borging van privacy en veiligheid van data binnen onze organisatie; een belangrijke opdracht! Je werkt vanuit het bedrijfsbureau in Gieten. Ook sluit je aan bij werkoverleggen van de verschillende werkorganisaties waar privacy op de agenda staat. Gedeeltelijk thuiswerken is bespreekbaar. Wie ben jij? Je kent de regels, maar bent vooral gericht op werkbare, effectieve oplossingen die aansluiten bij de dagelijkse praktijk. Zo voorkom je 'regelknellende' maatregelen die averechts werken. Je bent een bruggenbouwer tussen beleid en praktijk. Je denkt mee met collega's, neemt initiatief en durft maatwerk te leveren waar nodig, zonder de privacy fundamenten te verwa...
