Als Privacy Officer help jij collega's om privacywetgeving praktisch toe te passen, risico's te herkennen en persoonsgegevens veilig en verantwoord te verwerken. Zo bouw je mee aan een betrouwbare overheid. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Je komt terecht binnen expertiseteam Informatievoorziening (IV). Vanuit hier werken we aan een betrouwbare, veilige en toekomstbestendige informatievoorziening voor de hele provincie. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met collega's van ICT en informatievoorziening, maar ook met beleidsadviseurs, projectleiders en collega's uit de rest van de organisatie. Privacy raakt namelijk bijna ieder onderdeel van ons werk. Of het nu gaat om digitalisering, nieuwe informatiesystemen, maatschappelijke opgaven of de manier waarop collega's dagelijks met informatie werken: jij helpt de organisatie om privacy vanaf het begin goed mee te nemen. Je krijgt veel ruimte om jouw expertise in te zetten en verder te ontwikkelen. We zijn volop in beweging en bouwen aan een organisatie waarin informatiebeveiliging en privacy steeds vanzelfsprekender onderdeel worden van onze manier van werken. Je hoeft daarbij niet alles al te kunnen. Nieuwsgierigheid, initiatief en de wil om samen te leren vinden we minstens zo belangrijk. Hier maak je het Als Privacy Officer help je Provincie Flevoland om persoonsgegevens zorgvuldig en rechtmatig te verwerken. Je adviseert collega's over privacyvraagstukken, denkt mee bij nieuwe projecten en ontwikkelingen en helpt om risico's tijdig in beeld te brengen. Je vertaalt wet- en regelgeving naar praktische adviezen waar collega's daadwerkelijk mee verder kunnen. Je houdt ontwikkelingen op het gebied van privacy en gegevensbescherming bij en vertaalt deze naar de organisatie. Daarbij werk je onder andere aan privacybeleid, procedures en bewustwording.
