Op die manier draag je... VOOR WIE DOE JE HET? Als Privacy Officer zorg je dat er veilig gewerkt kan worden met alle persoonsgegevens en andere privacygevoelige informatie in de organisatie. Op die manier draag je bij aan onze maatschappelijke opgave om kinderen, jongeren, gezinnen en volwassenen een veilig huis te bieden. Onderdeel van jouw functie is de ondersteuning van Combinatie Jeugdzorg in Eindhoven. Hier zul je een dag in de week werken, vanuit jouw Sterk Huis dienstverband. HOE DOE JE DAT? Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor privacyvraagstukken en adviseert directie, management en medewerkers gevraagd en proactief over de bescherming van persoonsgegevens. Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en bewaakt het privacybeleid en vertaalt de AVG, NEN 7510 en andere relevante wet- en regelgeving naar uitvoerbare werkprocessen, protocollen en werkinstructies. Je initieert en leidt privacy projecten, voert risicoanalyses en Data Protection Impact Assessments uit, ondersteunt bij datalekken en verwerkersovereenkomsten en houdt beleid en hulpmiddelen actueel. Daarnaast versterk je het privacy bewustzijn met heldere communicatie, voorlichting, workshops en trainingen. Je werkt nauw samen met, en vervangt zo nodig, de Functionaris Gegevensbescherming die vanuit extern is belegd binnen Sterk Huis. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Directeur.
