Als Privacy Officer ben je adviseur en sparringpartner voor collega's, proceseigenaren en management. Je werkt aan concrete privacyvraagstukken, maar kijkt ook naar de manier waarop privacy binnen de organisatie structureel is ingericht. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Je draagt het privacybeleid uit en vertaalt wet- en regelgeving naar duidelijke en toepasbare adviezen. - Je ontwikkelt en actualiseert beleid op het gebied van privacy en gegevensbescherming. - Je adviseert en coacht collega's, proceseigenaren en verantwoordelijken bij privacyvraagstukken. - Je ondersteunt bij DPIA's, begeleidt de uitvoering of voert deze zelf uit. - Je beoordeelt processen waarin persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt en adviseert over risico's en passende maatregelen. - Je ondersteunt bij het beheren en actueel houden van het register van verwerkingen. - Je signaleert privacyrisico's en zorgt dat deze bij de juiste mensen onder de aandacht komen. - Je denkt mee bij projecten, nieuwe systemen en veranderingen in werkprocessen, zodat privacy vanaf het begin wordt meegenomen. - Je beantwoordt privacyvragen uit de organisatie en stelt kritische vragen wanneer dat nodig is. - Je draagt bij aan het vergroten van het privacybewustzijn met heldere communicatie, uitleg en praktische handvatten. - Je volgt ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving en vertaalt deze naar wat ze betekenen voor Woerden en Oudewater.
