Functie: Privacy Officer Uren: 32 - 36 Salaris: € 4077 - € 5926 Locatie: Gouda Direct solliciteren Wij zoeken jou Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en weet complexe privacyvraagstukken begrijpelijk te maken voor collega's op verschillende niveaus. Je durft kritisch te zijn, bent organisatiesensitief en weet mensen mee te nemen in het belang van privacy en gegevensbescherming. Daarbij werk je zelfstandig, maar zoek je ook actief de samenwerking op. Verder beschik je over: - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur aangevuld met kennis van privacywetgeving (AVG) en informatiebeveiliging; - Ervaring met privacyvraagstukken, gegevensverwerking of compliance is een pré; - Ervaring met het uitvoeren van risicoanalyses, DPIA's en audits of de ambitie om je hierin verder te ontwikkelen; - Sterke communicatieve en adviesvaardigheden; - Een proactieve, integere en resultaatgerichte werkhouding. - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, in woord en schrift Wat bieden wij? Daarnaast bieden wij: - Arbeidsvoorwaarden en salariëring conform de CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, FWG 60, met een maximum van € 5.926,- bruto per maand (bij een fulltime dienstverband van 36 uur, cao mei 2026); - Een uitdagende functie met veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en professionele zelfstandigheid; - Samenwerking met deskundige collega's binnen Financiën & Informatievoorziening en de Functionaris Gegevensbeschermi...
