Het betreft een opdracht voor de duur van 4 tot 8 maanden, te starten z.s.m. Wil jij werken aan een zorgvuldige en betrouwbare omgang met persoonsgegevens in een organisatie met maatschappelijke impact? Voor een complexe bestuurlijke omgeving zoeken wij een Privacy Officer die zelfstandig kan adviseren over privacyvraagstukken in het fysiek domein. Over de functie Als privacy officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beantwoorden van adviesvragen met een privacy-component. Je: - Adviseert over privacyvraagstukken en gegevensverwerkingen; - Begeleidt DPIA's en toetst risico's bij nieuwe initiatieven en samenwerkingen; - Zorgt voor een goede vertaling van wet- en regelgeving naar de praktijk; - Werkt samen met collega's van informatiemanagement, juridische zaken en de FG. Context: Fysiek Domein, Dienst Stedelijke Ontwikkeling (DSO) en Dienst Stadsbeheer (DSB) Je werkt in een omgeving waar beleid en uitvoering invloed hebben op inwoners. Dit vraagt dat je privacyvraagstukken niet alleen juridisch beoordeelt, maar ook afweegt in het licht van maatschappelijke opgaven.
